hello y'all!
Just want to blurt out a quick update about a phenomenal game of soccer. Tonight i went to watch the mighty jef united play in the 2nd leg of the japan cup semi final. They drew the 1st leg 2-2 away and thus needed a 1-1 draw or better to qualify. For normal teams, this should be a bit of formality, but as jef have lost their last 5 home games i wasnt bursting with confidence to say the least. Things started well, with 2 quick goals in the first 10 mins but as per usual, they imploded just after half time to concede 2 goals. In an awesome 2nd half people were fighting, both keepers made great saves and the crowd was going nuts. But alas, it was the magic of extra time. With 1 minute of injury time left in the 2nd half, a bloke handballed in the box and after what seemed an eternity, Abe (legend) cooly stroked home the penalty. It was the most atmospheric sporting event i have ever been to. THe crowd went so nuts and we were sitting down the jef end so it was even more awesome. So, the mighty jef are into the cup final against the wonderfully named kashima antlers in november. I was so inspired i bought a scarf.

SO there! I have also started a pointless experiment to see how many different types of vending machine coffee i can drink without having the same one twice. My boss reckons 100 and after 4 days i think he could be right. I am taking photos of each can so i will post a collage of the photos when my experiment ends.
